$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libdune-common-dev 

libdune-common-dev is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libdune-common-dev package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdune-common-dev *

You will get with libdune-common-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
